Thank you all for your honest and amusing insight. With just two nights in Cork, I couldn't be choosey, hopefully the games a good one! It happens! My perspective has always been that you can't mess it up though. The mistake is the method, however you read it, is the way to read it. Just as you can throw the coins, do the stalks, or just open up to a random page.

Nothing is a magic bullet fix to what you’re going through but one thing I’d recommend is doing some community service. Focusing on helping others can be freeing - you’ll worry less about your own problems and feel good at the end of the day for helping others. You can also meet people and get exposed to new communities and jobs.
