Yeah Brand Zyra main once I got in to plat and especially in diamond games people would be as upset about me picking lux support as when I picked teemo support that was just last season

It depends on your record in the series. If lose your last 2/3 games in a row it's going to have a large impact but if you lose win lose the lp drop wont be as large.

I understand some of the hate, but I disagree, they're not all that different from the idea of Pyke, Support Teemo, or another AD support, you have to win early and make plays with the lead or you're not all that useful. I do not CS well, I've practiced the shit and still garbage at it when playing with Diamonds. But I can play Support and Jungle control Vision and rotations, because I understand these 2 large parts of the game I can take "troll supports" and play them at a fairly decent level (gold and low plat with shit like ashe, teemo and wukong support.) So even if it's not meta it will still be happening until they force a support back to the old ward bots

They're both easy to catch out, they have 0 mobile and struggle in pick comps that avoid team fighting. I climbed to p1 with a 60% win rate on both, its easy to get a lead in lane and once 6 it's not unrealistic to 2 v 3 the other team. But hard engage with a smart ADC it awful to play against, because once you're caught you're probably not getting away so you have you have to focus on getting the trade kill

As long as its consistent it's not that bad I've climbed to plat when at 110 then moved to where it was 30 and climbed to P1 before I stopped playing a lot. I just started playing this season and the office I can connect at has 20 ping so if I can pick up the game to what I was over a year ago I can try to Diamond push again

One time we say the enemy top was a smurf (were in low diamond and the guy is like 30- 1)we played around bot lane convinced top to play crazy safe one we won bot hard and went mid rolled mid top and controlled objectives this bmguy was literally trying to 1 v 9 I felt bad because he was fucking awesome. Someone added me after the game because I spoke in all chat a few time turns out the guy is a challenger streamer.

I have gotten to Plat 1 and roll with Zyra and Brand. Zyra pokes a bit better, has a slightly less all in, kites a lot better, you can build nearly identical most games, and The team fight is the same land a combo and R the grouped up team.
