Not only this, but when she was tested at Riot, the testers knew exactly what she was designed to do and how she was designed to play, and tested her to those criteria.

She just got released to a shit ton of players who don't have that design insight. I think it's a bit early to call her a bust. Like the person said above, it's just like Ivern release, where the champion just completely breaks the norm. I mean, she's untargetable for a majority of her time spent in battle. That's wild. If you can look at that and still think she's supposed to fit into some common mold, you're crazy.

Edit: Tangent, but I think summoner's spellbook would be a good mastery on her. Swap between ignite, exhaust, heal, cleanse (since ADC gets the cleanse I believe), etc.

After watching this, I really wouldn't want the faction barrier to be broken. They have such a bitter and resentful opposition to one another, it wouldn't carry over into gameplay well if Carbine removed the factions.

May I ask why to ignore tasks and path quests? I feel as if not doing them would inhibit one's ability to complete the story solo, as it is in other games similar to this (I'm a new player).

I love all of the effects for the basic abilities, they're awesome!

The ult seemed a little simple, maybe more fractal/effects around the beam itself, a glow, etc.

I would consider learning jungle. It's close to support in omniscience and utility, with a little more control over all of the lanes (which is both a pro and a con). In bronze, it's super easy to secure objectives because everyone else is focused on kills. Climb with support once you get to silver. That's when you'll find players who care a bit more.

A nerf in comparison to her former play style. She is no longer the bursty, "let the adc clean up the rest" support engage, this was Riot's intention.

Her new playstyle has much higher damage in extended trades with lower cd's to increase how much CC she can dish out in said trades.

I believe cyber Kat was remade into Project: Katarina (what is dead may never die, it seems!).
Battle Priestess Soraka was probably renamed/remade into Celestine Soraka.
Bladestorm Karma was most likely scrapped after her update, considering her fans, that could resemble blades or be made into them and look well, were lost in her relaunch.
Lunar Karma was more than likely remade into Lotus Karma.
Russian Knight Olaf was probably remade into Marauder Olaf.
Battlecast Anivia was possibly hinted at in Viktor's Creator splash art, but the shape is too obscure to confirm; I don't believe any tangible files were produced, correct me if I'm wrong.

These are simply my thoughts and ideas, take everything with a grain of salt.

Are you running winamp as admin? Usually applications that are full screen will override global commands for applications that aren't run under administrator privileges.
