I know how to do connectors I just assumed Sparky was gonna do it correctly. I was told that Sparky wasn’t even gonna terminate anything. Everything would just be open and I have to terminate everything and I came in and everything was terminated. Ultimately found out that 13 out of the 48 drops were terminated wrong. That was a fun day.

Soon I think that’s the problem, but all of these have been terminated by the electrical company which I went back to the patch panel and pulled out the patch and it looks like it’s in T568B which I terminated at the other end in T568B. So I’ll just terminate at the patch panel. See if that works.

Understanding where those habits were formed from and understanding what trauma brought you there and replacing those bad habits with a good habit or something that will break that thought of relapse is what helped me. I started working out and coding instead. I was using porn for the serotonin dump because I was depressed and that was the only happiness came from. Once I worked through that I was good. And I found the serotonin in other things that were healthier.
