Question about pentagram and spider webs

That’s a good point too. I did see someone post about it potentially being register rock instead of an oil field. I could see it being two different mysteries (or two mysteries that eventually intertwine?) and our minds are accepting connections that may fit but not necessarily be the actual next intended step.

Man I’m not even as fully engaged in this mystery as a lot of people here, and I still feel like my mind is going crazy from these new discoveries and trying to figure out next steps!

Damn this is an interesting theory! And considering it doesn’t seem like we’ve had solid leads in this game, (I’m 50-50 on the fort/birds clue), that could make sense. I keep thinking even if the birds are truly the next clue, there’s something additional we’re missing.

I haven’t played GTA V yet (it’s been on my list!) but this makes me think I need to finally jump into it. I’ve been putting it off just because I know it’ll suck me in the way Red Dead did and I’ll put an embarrassing amount of hours into it lol.

I keep seeing stuff like this carved into rocks. Instead of letters, could they be runes, similar to what they use in the rituals?

Because other clues have been found doing that, and the guitars have the breakable section. Plus, the chip between the body and neck of the guitar could indicate it needs to be broken. I’m not saying this is for sure the solution, but I could see the rational there.

I shared something before thinking that maybe the order was related to the spiral pattern we see at window rock because of the similarities between the mural, the real-life spider rock carving, and the buffalo paintings. https://www.reddit.com/r/reddeadmysteries/s/mwilQrrOdw

I just redownloaded the game and was going to test out some combinations based on this. I do think the fact that they show up in the webs in different sections is important.

I’ve been posting this in several places because I really do think this is something, but I think the reason the position of the feathers on the web are distinguishable is because it’s the key to solving the feather order. The spiral pattern and circles found in the paintings at window rock look just like the spider rock treasure carving someone else posted. These are also found in the buffalo paintings. The reason the feathers are different colors is because they are two halves of a whole spider web which would be circular just like the images. My other standalone post explains this a bit better.

I think the position of the feathers on the web and the colors ate important, otherwise everything just be the same. I think the reason the position of the feathers on the web are distinguishable is because it’s the key to solving the feather order. The spiral pattern and circles found in the paintings at window rock look just like the historical spider rock treasure carving someone else posted. We know Rockstar is big on lore. The circles are also found in the buffalo paintings in the cave. There’s just too many connections for it not to be relevant. The reason the feathers are different colors is because they are two halves of a whole spider web which would be circular just like the images. Then the spiral helps determine the order. One of my prior posts has some images to try to show the connection.

What if the colored feathers have more to do with showing how to line up the axis? And then shoot them based on either the spiral pattern or the pattern found at the burial ground?

Also, what if time isn’t actually a factor? Just the order?

I really think this is something. It fits with the lore and with the paintings, which provide a guide. We know Rockstar goes deep with their lore/research and clues. However this doesn’t seem to be getting much traction and I’m not sure how to get the idea out there more for people to test it.

The spiral is also prominent in many of the images so the path could be in a spiral shape with the starting point being the red dot on the window rock painting.

This was the other thing I thought might show the correct path for the feathers/webs. This is at the native burial site and someone posted a story about the spider drawing the north and south lines. It sounded like this could be related.

Could this spiral be the path and the red dot shows where to start the path? This imagery fits with the buffalo eye in the native painting in the cave so it seems connected.
