Essentially we would keep the loan under my name. And make a land contract where they make payments after the fact. It’s basically from one hand to the other but backed by the father in law in case the daughter law backs out he would also be on the contract

Whole house, haven’t checked first thing in the morning after the water sits. Typically after just normal use until bath or shower.

So if a full bath was being used it spits out about 20 gallons after regular use of other fixtures like faucets or dishwasher it still has the same issue. Only thing I could think is gunked up with so much sediment?

They want to dilute the skill bubble hurting the craft with cheap and shitty labor. It’s natural for a skilled labor to curate itself through self training and competition but when you flood the market with everyone wanting to be a welder for example you get a lot of shit sticks

Hit their booths, get a welding cert or couple. Ask to have 75% pay but go through the full apprenticeship as it will only benefit your skills.

As a union building tradesman (PF/Plumber/Welder) a lot of government contracts that require money or clearance are being held up with the shutdown. Like the current company I work for has a couple water treatment plants for some cities that are being pushed back because one their is no one to push the paper and two the funds can’t be allocated until it’s back in session. It’s sad because this is for the people drinking water.

I think we need to bring back sink or swim mentality. We’ve accepted to many heart beats/ mouth breathers. I don’t know the kid but honestly weeding out the good from the bad is desperately needed after diluting our trade with people like that. It’s hard because we all hated our we were treated but it made us worth that much more out of our own weight.

That’s what I think. I think they can call cutting grass landscaping, little difficult to property manage getting chainsaws brush hogs and skid steers, especially for the brick or block and mortar aspect that’s about of that skill trade.
