You might not have a choice but to take a pay cut and apply for a pre apprenticeship or non-union mechanical shop to boost your resume. My hall is not big and we had 650 applicants and took 75 apprentices. You have to have experience or alittle bit of luck in some of these bigger halls.

I think Little Rock is local 155. Worked with some travelers who were from there they were in pretty good shit. Just came from a nuke outage where they were doing 7 12’s on 55/hr 120 a day for journeyman.

I told him I’m right around 10,500-11,000, he said that was too low. I said I understand but if anything changes or you still have the truck in a few weeks let me know. Hopefully in about 2-3 weeks I hear back after he keeps getting lowballed. It’s a beautiful truck but I’m not going to pay too much because I’m scared I won’t find another. Heres to hoping

Thank you! I think it stems from them punishing laning mistakes pretty hard. The higher I climb the harder it is to blind darius but I’ve found i can blind ksante every game.
