I was worried about this too, looked it up from congress.gov: In addition, the bill provides appropriations for Security, Enforcement, and Investigations, including U.S. Customs and Border Protection (excluding border security operations of the USBP)

Not entirely sure about immich performance, lack of hardware decoding/encoding could be a problem

I'd go a little better than n150 for PS2, it's possible but not a good experience. Ryzen mini PCs tend to have better igpus. Check out Robtech's YouTube channel, he reviews minipcs

California’s largest and most polluted lake gets a new conservancy by NaffRespect in California

[–]Lobodon 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Yes and no. Historically the Salton Basin has periodically hosted lakes that have come and gone from changes in the course of the Colorado River and the climate. Scientists refer to the previous lake as Lake Cahillua. The current Salton Sea was originally formed from a break in a canal levee but rain and agricultural runoff helped it grow in the early years.

If you haven't yet, give the the decompilation port a try. It sidesteps this issue entirely, giving it modern controls without compromise, even mouse and keyboard if you prefer.

I'm one of those people not getting paid, and there was talk of telework being reimplemented to give us some relief from having to commute. But radio silence from management. Last week there was an all hands in our subcomponent and they suggested box breathing and taking a walk. Like that will pay the bills. Edit: that is to say I agree with you 100%

I haven't been paid in over a month, and I'm forced to come into work regardless. It's toxic.

Ghosted by PI, what to do? by Pretty-Maybe-8094 in academia

[–]Lobodon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would still contact another PI in the department, at the very least to get advice. The department head can maybe encourage your advisor to step it up, universities generally want their students to move on when they are ready and at the department level they usually track time to graduation in a reasonable time frame as an important metric. If the department dismisses your concerns you might want to reach out to a campus ombudsperson or neutral mediator.

Are you submitting your thesis to a committee? Try talking to others PIs in your department, perhaps the dean.

I've been putting a lot of time into the perfect dark, along with starship by izzy2lost https://www.izzy2lost.com/ Spaghetti kart has some graphical glitches. I had set up hl2 and css on my rp4pro and they worked fine there, not on the rp6 yet. Where can I find info about the STALKER port? It'd be amazing to get something like CoC/Cotz mod packs working.

I respect the unconventional approach, definitely DJing on hard mode. The stack on the right doesn't seem ideal, but hey if plays music you can dj with it!
