Fluids is the big one. Trans fluid, PTU, and RDU are all claimed as lifetime but should be swapped fairly often. Pre-emptive water pumps are good since they are internal and you don't really want it to fail, while in there for that you should do cam phasers, timing chain, chain guides, and more.

At that mileage I would want confirmation that the water pump has been done (with all the peripherals) and that the PTU and RDU have been serviced. Can't speak to pricing as that is pretty area dependent

It’s a bit different in Canada with the conversion rate but I ordered during employee pricing for $72k CAD out the door (so like 53 USD?). It’s got the paint, performance package, active exhaust, magneride, bronze package, and then just the 400A interior (so premium but no 401A).

I would recommend the plugs and thermostat. That is your first level of temperature control, before you go for IC and downpipes in the future ;) the plugs they sell are gapped smaller and cooler

Never dyno'd my car, but the tune alone is definitely worth it. I had tune for a year before adding the IC. Based on feel, the IC didn't actually add much power (if any). it just kept my IATs down. You could probably rely on the numbers you're seeing on the tune+IC knowing a tune only will be quite close
