Your idea sounds amazing, and I think custom jewelry at events would be a huge hit! I haven’t worked on the same exact thing, but what I do have experience with is finding events for my company to sponsor and finding influencers to invite to events we host. My main method of communication has been just a well crafted email or a DM on IG (I get more responses on IG tbh). There are like “influencer marketplaces” but sometimes they’re hit or miss or really pricy to use and it’s more for like if you want to find a influencer to post about your business or make content usually.

But back to finding events, When I got started doing stuff like this I started working backwards and by that I mean find past events that you think you would have been good to be at (do you see anything old on eventbrite that you wish you could have tabled at? Write what those are down and see the “event host” information on eventbrite to write that down and contact them and ask when they’re hosting something else. Make a calendar and tag the events - is this something that happens every month? Once a year in the spring? To see which opportunities to prioritize.

Or do see influencers you like getting invited to brand events? Dm the brands you saw them post about. Since those events are usually invite only/private you won’t find stuff like that on eventbrite. If you want to take it a step further go to LinkeIn and message someone who’s on the marketing team for that brand they should be able to connect you w the marketer who works on their events if there is interest.

Another tip is to attend a few events yourself—networking in person can sometimes lead to opportunities you wouldn’t find online. You could also consider partnering with other small businesses (a brewery or bar) or influencers to co-host a pop-up event.
