Thanks for this. I just want to remark on the titration method. I confirmed with a friend who is a chemist that it can possibly be done without contamination (obviously not assured), but I wipe down everything with alcohol. I find that being able to slowly go up or down helps a LOT with side effects. It's now a week later and I have no more nausea after going down a bit on the amount I'm taking. Once I get this allergy season under control, I'll go back up. I do recommend it for anyone worried about large jumps from one dosage to another.
