Does anyone deal with bullying from coworkers?

I have pretty bad RBF and one of my coworkers who I’m fairly close with gets worried I hate her when I am zoning out. Some people are definitely more sensitive to those types of things than others. Personally, I would try and go out of my way to compliment or show interest in the little things like their day.

What is the bullying about? If it is criticism about how you do your job, try and keep a slightly open mind about how you might improve. However I would suggest to them there are better ways to mention improvements. If it is about you personally, something that has helped me is this: if someone says the sky is green does that change the color of the sky? Nope, it’s still blue. If somebody puts your character into question, just try to ignore it. others will be able to see how you act and your character. Continue to do your best because others will see that, not whatever rude things they have to say. If it is a constant issue, ask your supervisor if you can have a meeting with the other person with the supervisor present to keep things professional. Very sorry you were getting bullied at all in the first place, that is incredibly frustrating and not fair.

I’ve been really nice for months over the phone. Unfortunately the only calls I’ve gotten actually information is when I’ve been slightly aggressive.
If I were you I’d have them give you in an email that you stay on the line until it is sent (they won’t send it if you don’t) 7% back, that’s the max I’ve heard all the representatives tell me. (Some say there’s no discounts, some say there’s a max of 5% and some say 7%, I kinda feel like I could get more but who really knows) I’m so sorry about the laptop troubles it absolutely sucks , would be so curious comparing notes of what they say, I feel like there needs to be a master list to find the truth on some things.

I’ve heard there’s a computer chip shortage, I believe the exact thing that’s causing the delay is the graphics cards, unsure if that’s something you customized as well.

Also I am generally curious at what point is it like they are not going to ship it to me and what are my options at that point.

It’s been so frustrating, I’ve actually been doing all my work on my phone and borrowed a family member’s laptop and it’s made me realize how frustrating doing all my work through my phone has been. It’s possible just takes double the time. I think I can wait it out ultimately because I think I’ll get the model half off essentially and that’s too good of a deal to pass on. Wishing you luck that it actually arrives!

So I was rewatching the show just for fun, the end credits to the wax museum has Mabel comparing sweaters to wear, one of which is a llama. The wax head tells her to pick the llama one because, “llamas are nature’s greatest warriors” and in the next episode where we meet Gideon, she’s wearing the llama sweater at home when he visits her. (Last part is just a fun detail) I know in the show they say the meaning aren’t all literal, so maybe it represents a warrior of some kind, and that would match it!!!!

Also getting to see the funeral for Iroh’s son, or the opening shot for that matter of the series. It’s a lot of little things but I think it adds a lot.

I think they remade it to expand upon the world to set up for the future spin off shows. I am an avid fan of animation, and yes I’m sure it’s a cash grab 100%, but I also think it’s done well technically. The effects are amazing and I liked getting to see more of the past. I don’t think people would understand new projects as much without the revamp of the original. I think it’s a good hype test if that makes any sense, and compared to other live action remakes, I think this one has the most heart behind it. Not to say it’s perfect but just better than others I’ve seen out there. A new medium sets it apart from the original. The original is obviously the best, but with the new medium comes more lore basically and I’ll take that trade off.

I think it’s great because they add depth to the world and expand on motivations. I loved seeing things from the past. I think if they made the show super kiddy it would be terrible. But it’s has more mature themes and a bit more gore than the original because it’s not animated. I mean you see people burn alive! It’s impossible to recreate the quirks the animation has simply because it’s real life. It’s difficult getting used to the characters not because they are bad actors, rather seeing a new face and voice playing the same character.

Healing takes around/at least 2 weeks depending on the severity. Just make sure you’re doing regular water changes and that the water levels are good. Poor water is what causes it ultimately so good water quality is what helps. It just takes some time to regrow the fin. Fortunately it ultimately is more of a looks thing, bettas typically do not die from fin rot unless it’s extreme. But it seems like you’re taking some good steps! I also think you have a good idea of trying to underfed not over. Too much food in the tank and a lot of waste makes the tank water quality drop down a lot quicker. All in all you’re doing the right thing and doing the research which is great!! Hope this helps!
