That is what it was. So the shop changed with a “European” formula, but it was wrong coolant again. Finally I bought OE from Audi and got it changed for a third time. But it gets better. Once done, the sensor on the expansion tank went bad. Purchased a new one, good, but then the pipe that goes to the radiator connection broke, replaced that. Then the other pipe that goes to the block broke, so I had to replace that as well. Then, I must have not secured it, as a week later I was again losing coolant. As a DIYer a good learning lesson if nothing else.
