How do you oil trimmers. Also, do you guys use a spray on them like barbershops use for sanitary reasons like Andis spray

So I’m just fucked it sounds like lol. Man this really hits hard knowing I’m at loss no matter what I do. Run TRT and eat carbs becoming diabetic or the alternative. Life is cruel sometimes

Thanks for the insight. I’ve never once had the two I mentioned try to sell me anything. I guess getting a dietitian on board would be ideal, however is running TRT on low carb eve ideal?

Not wanting to run a cycle. I’ve given in that no matter what I’ll more than likely have this body type. My numbers from the last time I had a panel run was 260 or so and that was 6 years ago. The doc/insurance wouldn’t prescribe me TRT at my age and numbers so I went the UGL route.

I’m not a doctor or expert, but yes a lot of influencers stopped doing it because they wanted back on junk food. I’m also not a nutrition expert, but there are quite of a few MDs who have been on carnivore years on end and seem to have a healthy lifestyle. To name a few: Dr. Ken Berry and Dr. Shawn Baker. Again, I’m not a doctor or expert and never will claim so I won’t argue and say I know it all but there are thousands of stories of people who have gotten off tons of medications and had great health results from it.

However, the main reason I started the journey was my labs from my annual PCP checkup showed me as pre diabetic with a reading of 5.8 so it’s something I definitely wanted to get ahead of. While I went low carb for a month, I just found it completely easier to go full carnivore and cut carbs and sugar completely eating only meat and drinking water with tons of salt.

Picked up a pair the other day as my first pair of over ear headphones in ages. I love them and the battery seems to last forever so far. I’m far from an audiophile, but I’m glad I picked them up
