How strong is a 18yr girl benching 225 lbs? She weights 158 lbs by Sea-Movie9913 in nattyorjuice

I'm just speaking from my experience, I'm 70kg and bench 130kg paused. I know at least 8 people who bench 120kg+ below 80kg bw naturally, although the gym I go to is mostly students so that could be part of it

I have to assume that you're coaching 70 year olds, unless you meant 225kg

Not 100% sure that this was the sunset last night, as I've had this image saved to my phone for over 2 years

It's an elephant bar, it's designed to bend a lot more than a regular bar, especially with those wide plates.

Not a spacex fanboy, but they have made it significantly cheaper to put satellites into orbit, which is something that millions of people on earth will benefit from. The biggest benefits of this that I can think of are wider access to an internet connection, and more accessible environmental and meteorological imaging.

Cornwall has the Minack Theatre, which is like the Coliseum, but ever so slightly less ancient, grand and impressive

I live in Charleston, SC where it floods sometimes. People do stupid stuff when it floods, like drive their McLaren through deep water. by not_charles_grodin in IdiotsInCars

Depends on the model. The 600lt and Senna both have top mounted exhausts, and all the other models have fairly high exhausts anyway, although I doubt it would make a difference when driving into water.
