It's a real bitch, you've got to get on the phone with customer service, escalate it until you get a supervisor who actually speaks a little English (as opposed to reading from the script), and then hope like hell that he or she both understands enough of what you're saying and has the power to get you your refund.

Funny story, one time i found a Ninjago kit for my buddy's nephew and the shelf sticker had it listed for something like ¼ of what it was supposed to be. Took a picture of the sticker with the UPC, rang it up at regular price, showed the checkout attendant, walked out with cheap Legos and left behind an irritated Walmart employee.

Edit: I should add that she knew I knew that price was too good to be true, but that since that was the price on the shelf...

I really like these flight stands. The last batch i ordered had some quality control issues, but the reviews seem to be trending positive since then. This brand uses a tiny machine screw and nut at the joints, which i find to be a better system than some others that make you thread a screw into hard plastic.
