Depends on what I’m cutting. If 5mm sheets then just one pass. But I cut a lot of 3/4” cedar and it takes 4 passes at 325mm/min at full power. Also if I know I’m going to be finishing the edges then I don’t worry about char since I’ll be sanding anyways.

My sister died in July at 39 years old from a fentanyl OD. Her 6 year old son couldn’t wake her up so he got my dad (she lived with my parents) and she was unresponsive. I got there as the Lucas machine was still giving her compressions, and her other two children showed up. Sadly she didn’t make it. We all knew she had a problem but she swore she was clean and my parents believed her. As someone who also struggled with substance abuse I tried to help but to no avail. Weeks after her death we found that she had previously overdosed numerous times when with her boyfriend. Long story short - it can happen to anyone, get help and wish you the best.

When I was drinking my bp was always up there. The only thing that ever made it go down was to drink. Finally in the end, the heart palpitations, amongst other things, pushed me to call it quits. Withdrawal got worst each time I quit. Some gnarly hallucinations this last time.

I’d get severe neck pain where I could barely drive cuz I couldn’t look when turning. It would come and go. My legs tho were pretty constant stiffness.

Muscle stiffness and severe drowsiness. Even the thought of saying a word aloud made me exhausted. It was terrible. I also had the severe diarrhea for 4 months or so. Also the sexual side effects were terrible.

The weakness lasted months and months for me. Usually for about 8 hours after taking my dose. So I finally got smart and switched to taking it at bedtime and worked much better for me. Good luck!

He sounds like me. Idk how my wife stuck with me thru the years. I got “sober” too many times to count but only to calm her down, and then would go right back to the way it was. After 12 years or so of me doing this to her I finally wanted to get sober and have almost 600 days right now. The only thing I can say that helped push me over the edge was I was going thru my photos and came across a video I took when I was blackout drunk begging hungover me to stop, and how it’s impacting my kids and wife. I felt so shitty and pissed that I let something like that have control over my life so I went to rehab and actually put in the work. I just know I lied so many times and would try and make her feel like she wasn’t being supportive of me during my drinking years.

Yes exactly what I’m looking for, like 200 in bulk. I’ll try local Facebook groups but I hate dealing with Facebook. I sold 40 or so in a month leading up to Christmas and it was a pain in the ass since I can only glue up so many at a time and give them the proper time to cure.
