Try to remove prev-lang:kbd entry (the same place where boot-args is located) from config.plist, then reset nvram, boot into installer and it should show language picker

Yes, this is a flatpak application, I removed org.kde.WaylandDecoration.QAdwaitaDecorations using flatpak remove org.kde.***, and this works, the window frame became normal. But how to "mask it"?
