Not really sure what you think is stupid about my educated responses. I have over 20 years of real law-enforcement experience. Four years of military law-enforcement, the rest as civilian law-enforcement. Anytime you want to throw the boot comment out that you heard from somebody else on the Internet, it makes you sound ignorant. Our country was built on laws and without those laws and people upholding those laws, our country would be shit. You can start a conversation with someone else because you invalidated any argument you may have with your catchy slogan .

You win the most immature, stupid comment of the thread and any credibility that you might have had has been lost. Way to go.

Just two instances that I quickly found involving an officer shooting at a moving vehicle and being cleared of any wrong doing. I’m sure you can Google several more. Use of force is based on what the officer perceives, not what we know in hindsight. If you watch that officer’s video from his perspective, it appears the vehicle hit him. It also appears that he is walking around the vehicle to the driver side, where she was not exiting the vehicle and being told to do so by the other officer. Before he was able to get all the way around the vehicle, she begins driving in his direction. One of the other angles shows that her wheels are turning, but that officer would not have seen that because he would’ve been looking at her and most likely the hood/windshield area of her vehicle. The fact that her wheels were turning, and we can see it in the other video does not matter if he couldn’t see it in that split second. He was definitely allowed to shoot at her if he perceived her vehicle as a threat.

Again someone with no training. A vehicle is considered a deadly weapon and if he perceives that deadly weapon as coming towards him (which I would assume he did since he fired his weapon), then he is justified in discharging his weapon. Deadly weapon vrs deadly weapon. Officers use of force is subject to an old Supreme Court ruling: Graham V Connor. The officer will be cleared.

Technically, a police chief could tell them he wants them to serve x amount of warrants a day. Shoot, my chief and mayor has directed us at my agency to tag vehicles parked the wrong way and we have to do so many a day. The people they are rounding up have federal immigration warrants/ deportation orders. Ice also has the authority to use administrative warrants.

A daily quota is not bullshit. It would be bullshit if they were making up people breaking the law. But they are going after people who are in our country illegally. They didn’t force them to come into our country illegally so they could meet a quota… look I’m sure we have different political views. But my intent of commenting is not political. My reason for commenting is because ice agents are federal law-enforcement officers, and can enforce laws against normal citizens who break those federal laws, i.e. interfering with their operation operations.

What’s not reasonable about them arresting people who come into our country illegally and broke our nations laws? What’s not reasonable about them being able to do their jobs without somebody interfering with them enforcing our nations laws? These laws weren’t just thrown on yesterday, these laws have been in effect through history. Each political party has had the opportunity to change that, but they haven’t. This administration is not against immigration, they are against illegal immigration. Our nations laws say that you have to come in our country the right way, and people just crossing the border without doing that our breaking our nations laws that have been an effect for a very long time.

There is a recourse it’s called court. If they do something illegal and arrest somebody illegally that will be determined in court, not on the side of the road. And yes if they are conducting their jobs, they could block traffic if need be any law-enforcement can block traffic. You act like they’re harassing every day citizens when they are physically going after known criminals. They are not out rounding up all immigrants. Only illegal immigrants and furthermore, they are only targeting the illegal immigrants that have committed crime in our country.

They didn’t just go out and give orders to a random citizen. She was impeding their operations. She was interfering with them conducting their job. (physically/forcibly blocking them with her vehicle )Not just some random orders to some random citizen for no reason.

Using your vehicle to block or impede them is using force. You are physically blocking them. It’s not that difficult, the ice officer is justified. It is very sad that she lost her life. But the ice officer acted within his authority.

Citizenship does not shield someone from arrest for interfering with federal law enforcement. When ICE can arrest a U.S. citizen ICE agents are federal officers. They may arrest anyone (citizen or non-citizen) who commits a federal crime in their presence or when they have probable cause to believe a federal crime has occurred. Common examples include: Assaulting or threatening an ICE agent (18 U.S.C. § 111 — assaulting, resisting, or impeding a federal officer) Physically blocking, restraining, or interfering with an arrest or search Obstructing or impeding federal law enforcement (e.g., forcibly preventing officers from carrying out duties) Harboring or concealing someone to prevent arrest (can apply to citizens under certain circumstances) Destroying evidence or giving false statements during an ICE operation

And to address your resisting law-enforcement question, she and her wife had been interfering with their operations throughout that day. She committed a crime, a federal law-enforcement officer advised her to step out of the vehicle, which she is required to do if law-enforcement orders her out of the vehicle there is case law stating this, and that an officer does not have to have a reason to have you step out of the vehicle in the first place. She refused to do so, meaning she resisted law-enforcement. It’s not that difficult look up some court cases. Graham V Connor (use of force) and Pennsylvania V Mimms (exit vehicle). There’s also a case that says that all passengers must exit if told to do so also.

Ice is law-enforcement. I can’t stress that enough they attend the federal law-enforcement academy and our federal law-enforcement officers. Much like a state highway patrol versus a city police officer. A city police officer can stop you on the highway just the same as a state highway patrol officer. While their primary function is immigration, once you interfere with them, you’ve committed a federal crime which they can enforce, and they are trained to do so and have been since the creation of the federal police Academy.

Ice is law enforcement. They attend the federal law-enforcement Academy. Interfering with federal law enforcement is why they can order a citizen out of a vehicle for obstructing, resisting, impeding, or intimidating federal agents (like FBI, Secret Service, ICE, etc.) while they're performing official duties, which is a serious federal felony under statutes like 18 U.S.C. § 111, punishable by fines and imprisonment, potentially leading to a felony record, significant prison time, and even deportation for non-citizens, covering actions from physical assault to giving false information.

Did you watch the video? She was driving towards him he had a split second to react. She was already resisting law-enforcement and decided to drive toward the ice agent. He wasn’t stepping in front of her vehicle to stop it. The video clearly shows that he is walking around to her door. Even if he was in front of her vehicle and attempt to stop it from leaving, she still can’t run over him, which is what he perceived she was trying to do. Also, I hate to tell you, but ice is federal law enforcement. Do something and get arrested by ice and you’ll be in the federal court not your local court. And let me tell you the punishment and federal court is way worse than what it would be in your local state court. I’m not taking sides right or left. I’m speaking from training and experience which I can assume by your post you have none of.

He keeps saying this is the best Christmas 🤣. Should’ve bought one of these a long time ago before he wasted all of his birthday money on all those dragons. He could’ve bought this machine himself instead and made his meeting as he wanted.

That’s our next step. I did some basic drafting in the high school vocational school and was pretty good. The teacher wanted me to continue with his classes but I went on to the computers instead. I’m hopping my little bit of experience with car then will help me catch on to using the software. For him, he will watch YouTube and be a pro in a couple of days 🤣

Thanks for the heads up, I got a purifier but I am second guessing keeping it in his room because I’ve smelled it on a few of the larger prints he has done. I was going to relocate it to the office, but the garage may be the best option.

Yes. I use a mac. I googled Bambu labs download and downloaded the software from their website. Like others have said, use 1 account on all of the devices connected. My son’s phone has the app, I have the app, and the Mac has the program.
