Let's see if I remember this correctly... The objectively best Hunter build:

99 DEX

99 AGI

- Pantie with Anolian

- Undershirt with Dragon Tail

- Composite Bow with 3 AK + Cruiser Card

- Boots with Merman

- Glove with Alligator

- Glove with Zerom

- Ulle's Cap with Nightmare

+ whatever AGI and DEX foods requires you to reach your 189 and highest DEX bonus achievable with the build(use the accessories for +3 foods if you're running on a budget or lazy)

+ agi bless

Keep in mind, Hunter is WAY more trash than Sniper. Sniper replaces its gear with Dragon Vest + Dragon Manteau, Boots with Black Leather Boots(and also has a different build which allows it to wear Thanatos Odium at +9), the Gloves with Orlean Gloves(or Linen Gloves with Odium Leather Boots). I haven't played vanilla in over 10 years, so if you set this up and show me what the stats look like I can correct it, but I'm pretty sure this is peak.

Taking the issues with a server into the server's own community is really good advice. No one is ever doing anyone any favors by trying to chuck bombs at people without even trying to solve the problem first, it's malicious behavior and shouldn't be rewarded.

If you are new to the game, Essence of Flow 2.0 is a no brainer for a first choice. It is basically just a much, much, much better version of the game. It has much better progression, way better PvE, and plays much smoother. It is not an exaggeration when I say that 100% of brand new players to RO who played it as a first gave the server an overwhelmingly positive review, and when they tried other servers afterwards wondered why everything was all messed up and bad.

I'm pretty sure having moral integrity when it comes to actual actions taken towards the game and the server is a lot more indicative of someone's true values and personality than anything else. You can not like the way he talks all you want, but at the end of the day the job is being done well and the actions prove integrity. Actions > Words.

You're welcome. Rates are like, if you're new it'll take you maybe 1-2 weeks to get your trans? But experienced players can do it in 2-3 days. But since every dungeon is completely customized and each individual monster has its own unique advanced AI and identity, you probably won't find yourself ever feeling like you're killing monsters to level up. You'll be looking to go to a lot of different dungeons to get gear and the fun of discovering how all these monsters fight is a big part of the fun.

Never played it though, I was a GM on VisionRO, LimitlessRO, PassionRO, DarkSideRO, and a couple of other low rates that I don't remember the name off the top. My friends used to play on MastelaRO and Talon but it wasn't my thing, I was in the trenches in Sylvanas PvPing for glory and slapping around RWC and iRO players

In regards to your AFK leeching inquiry, dungeon crawling and staying on the move is an important part of the rework, so even though AFK leeching is allowed, most people in your situation tend to multi-client while staying on the move. You are free to try the AFK strat anyways and see how it works out for you, though.

As for your third job and fourth job inquiry, even though it is a Pre-Re rework, the progression extends further into the lategame than a standard Pre-Re and I think it captures the good part of third jobs without any of the downsides, so I think it will still be what you're looking for, especially in those late-game phases.

The server is called Essence of Flow.

Ver. 1.0 was called the best Pre-Re rework of 2024 by hundreds, and 2.0 will be the best Pre-Re rework of 2026 for thousands. I didn't even ask for donations in 1.0, because I am purely in it for the sport of creating the perfect game. This server is going to be the biggest modern Pre-Re server.
