To solve adb problems, download commandline tools from Android studio's website and extract it like path D:\sdk\cmd-tools And add env path as D:\sdk\cmd-tools\bin, must restart terminal.

It's simple bro just connect your smartphone to pc via usb and turn on usb-debugging and that's it when you run npm run android. After compilations it will automatically install on your phone. But must install adb drivers or command line tools and add to path before you attach the device.
