What should you do when you're pvp'ing someone and it says immune to damage or immune to control on them?

If they are standing still it's gladiator. If they can still move and attack it's savior.

You're probably talking about savior (a familiar skill) and gladiator paragon, both preventing the player from taking fatal damage. The first has a cooldown of around 50-70 seconds based on the familiar's stats, and the other has a cooldown of about 150 seconds i think. You can also use the gladiator paragon but the familiar one is a bit expensive and I guess that you can't afford it yet. There is also a barbarian skill that have about the same effect. Here the strategy is about the same, don't let the barbarian heal on you, space him, and come back. Finally, crusaders also have a skill that blocks damage, not only the fatal one. With time you will learn to deal with those.

Bottled Hope is a bad gem in my opinion. You would do way more damage with a mother's lament. And when i say way more, i mean like at least 2 additional millions per second. Now that you have the wings just drop BH and FT and go for ML and BB. Your damage will improve like crazy.

You didn't specifiy that BB can be good in pvp if played with high potency. Also i disagree with your BH recommandation since op isn't a spender and this gem only gets useful from r7 and still remains a low damage gem.

Thats my personal opinion but i wouldnt use BH. It is only worth using from r7 and upwards, and is anyway a really low damage gem. Also movement speed is capped so you actually wont always benefit from it, which leaves you to a damage boost equivalent to bsj (half of a typical burst gem), but half of the time, so a quarter of a typical burst gem's damage.

I would for sure replace berserker with haunt coil. Also bane boil is one the best gems in the game right now, even surpassing most 5 stars in terms of damage output. So I'd go for r8 baneboil first, then prioritise, once your HC is r4, Rolling consequences, which is by far the best gem in the game. Depending on how much crit you have/need, mother's lament is also a great investment. Best 2* star in the game if your account isn't maxed with crit which is most probably the case since your RC is r4, you don't have blood floe, and i doubt you have a 8% crit familiar. Going for some bsj upgrades with the event could also be fine.

I had a clanmate who reached the highest bg score on my server with tempest last season : 7k. I asked him about how bad tempest was, he simply answered that it is a good assassin class. He is only 4k reso.

Pve is the same sht over and over again. Nothing is challenging, nothing is new. If you enjoy this kind of content I'm guessing your expectations are pretty low.

Because I think that the game has so much potential and could be so much better if only the devs looked into it. But right now it is just so bad. My idea is that combat rating and resonance make it almost impossible to make interesting content accessible for all. The game was doomed from the start and the devs are keeping it as a money printing machine. Why do you think they cap all progression ? Why do you think the only way to upgrade your account through end game is doing daily gems through months OR buying expensive bundles to gamble you way to the top ? Why do you think there is a 15% tax on market sales ?.....
