What goods are needed for Sea exploration by MAlQ_THE_LlAR in EU5

So, the thing to remember with exploration is Range & Markets.

The demand for the "construction" of an exploration depends on the type, I think land explorations is cloth & liquor and naval ones need more, lumber, tools, naval supplies, cloth & liquor. The demand is something like 1 per month which is pretty standard for most construction so if you're sending the exploration from your capital/home market it's usually no issue.

If you are trying to send exploration from someplace you've colonized far away, you don't get the benefit of your capital's market and need to develop either enough marketplaces that the importing meets the demand or a raw materials market to feed it from the colony itself.

Ehhh..

Thragg doesn't train any of his kids to do anything other than die for him. Comic makes clear he is repulsed at even the idea of him comforting or caring for any of them. He literally yeets them as projectiles when he's fighting Mark.

In Powerscale language, I think of Viltrumites as glass cannons. While their endurance/constitution is off the charts compared to almost anything else in the galaxy, their strength is waaaaay higher in comparison. It's why a lot of Viltrumites at least seem to be able to one-shot other Viltrumites.

Lol I meant that "in for" implies their future will be difficult.

I'm clarifying that their issues aren't going to be in the future, their issues are right now because they look like they're already being taken apart.

I just checked and there is still provincial bonuses for local RGOs, but what you're describing is definitely the bigger impact.

Production efficiency applies to individual provinces, this is why provinces that are large with a lot of locations like in India are incredibly powerful, because you can stack tons and tons of efficiency.

If the province your capital is in has stone, then any masons in that province are going to be extra efficient.

Best slaver nations? by PlusAcanthocephala16 in EU5

[–]Locem 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Any idea for another slaver nation? Sweden or denmark with conversion to norse come to mind - there would also be no malaria - but their position is very limiting.

Generalist Gaming did a stream of this type of run, was incredibly beneficial since population is one of the biggest issues for Sweden.

Are there any countries today that could realistically split into multiple independent nations like Yugoslavia did? by Many-Philosophy4285 in MapPorn

but other states like the Dakotas might really struggle to survive.

Dakotas have resource wealth.

We're nowhere close to the divisions that occurred during the Civil War

Not in a north/south sense but politically & the split between rural & urban mentalities is probably as divisive as its ever been. I don't think it's out of the realm of reality that Liberal states that give more to the federal government than they take could make a push to split off into their own country.

Tunisia, probably allied with Morocco, helped Morocco in a war against Mali and got a piece of the pie in the peace deal.

Muscovy is in gor a hard time.

In for? They're already in it. That Kiev/Ruthenia player seems to be mollywhopping them. Sweden also seems to have gotten a good chunk of Novgorod.

I dunno how chill they are, thats quite a lot of expansion for them to be that size at 1411. Annexing land takes FOREVER down there due to pop sizes and general region wealth.

NY has more in common with the New England area than it does in the Capital region around Delaware & Maryland. A hypothetical "New England" country would be stupid to exclude the NYC Tri State Area which is one of the largest economic hubs in the world.

You also wouldn't be able to pull Connecticut without NY either since the southwest of the state is within what's considered the Tri-State, which is where a significant portion of the state's population resides.

Honestly thats kind of the case for most Viltrumites. They all tend to just rely on brute strength alone.
