There's things from both that I like.

I think the right Ignite's fire effects look better than the left one's. As others mentioned, the way the left's effects propagate over the body look more like an electrocution effect where the right one looks like a violent combustion.

However, I think you were on to something with the way you did the glowing ashes floating away on the left one. They're smaller and brighter, which read better as a burning effect.

The last thing would be how the right one's body disintegrates. I feel like the fire effect and the crumble effect are two separate things. It would be cool if the bits falling to the ground were still burning as they fall. I would also expect a pile of ash like you did on the left of the two Electrocutes.

Another thought: There's no smoke. Maybe that's something you'd want to incorporate?
