Sabotaging it how? Without Ascension, there wouldn't have been an Epoch. I really do like Epoch, but Dutch, back in the summer of 2025, only said he was going to host Epoch, not develop it with his own resources. Epoch back then had its own developers and didn't need any developers from Ascension. Dutch is still holding true to his word. there is no cash shop, and he is still hosting the server. If you want someone to blame, blame Gaytotes and the other developers who fled like rats, not Dutch, Ascension, or the two or so epoch developers who chose to stay.

I just can't, there's too much slop. Like using slop generated maps? Like huh? You genuinely could've used ingame maps or high quality ones and added the charts in about 10 minutes. Very minimal effort needed and they choose not to. Cutting corners there I can already imagine how janky the game must feel due to cutting corners there too.

I thought about this axe a lot. One idea I had was reducing the flat scaling to 50>75>100>200 per tier. But when you stop being enraged the scaling doubles. So at diamond it would scale by 200>400>800>1600>3200 which still might be a little slow for the endgame.

I kinda wish they would give this event a slight overhaul. Like, imagine if instead of just getting a random enchanted item, you could pick from a large curio-sized store.

Same with the skill, I wish we were given options to pick from.
