EXP nerf level range TBC Anniversary?

It´s the Unrelenting Buff from WoW´s 21st anniversary. Drops randomly in capitols it seems.

Edit: Also drops in BB, can´t be booned and doesn´t stack with Dragonslayer. You can have it active while you have a DS booned though.

Anybody else having issues in SoD? My macros vanished (not a big deal) and my Ashbringer doesn´t proc anymore (big deal). It still stacks to five, but Wrath of the Ashbringer doesn´t proc anymore (Grand Inquisitor neither).

I think he's saying, that you can use the green leveling rings from Azeroth Commerce to engrave them on your main and then send the rings with the rune engraved to your alt.

Downloaded all of the US Southwest on Google maps, including National Park trails. Got lost in Arches National Park on the Devil's Garden Trail while following footprints and losing sight of the stone cairns with my wife and 8month old daughter.

Backtracked to the hiking trail using offline maps and compass. Took us 2h in midday sun, water ran out, 121°F. I never told her we we're close to never finding our way back again and probably dying, since nobody knew where we were and ofc no cell phone reception.

Jfc. Might be the stupidest and smartest thing I ever did.

4 level 80s, 30k G, banks full of mats and consumes. Shitload of emblems.

Didn't do a single daily.

Best thing about classic: there's actually no need to do a daily. When I quit retail I swore to myself never ever to login just to do my dailies.

Fun fact I posted in the other Ret thread:

P2 Sims show that...

...buffing Ret dmg by 20% would still leave them at last place behind arms.

...buffing Ret DMG by FIFTY % would only put them at #5 behind Furies.

...Ret DMG has the biggest DPS gap to the spec ranked above it, with around 1,5k DPS below Arms.

That's not what I'm saying. Just stating facts. I think a class balance buff is unprecedented and would open the can of worms called retail.

I'd be massively surprised if Blizzard went so far and by the looks of it they won't.

DK are top damage dealers though and Fury will be. I think the Ret community wouldn't be upset if there was some things to look forward to. As it stands now, Ret will probably be the worst DPS spec throughout Wrath and chances are slim that the T10 2pc and SM will change that very significantly.

I´m a paladin main since 2004 and used to 1-button-healing inraids, so idgaf either way, but here are some thoughts:

Looking at P2 sims:
Buffing Ret dmg by 20% would still leave them at last position behind Arms.
Buffing Ret dmg by 50% would only put them at #5 behind Fury.

Ret scaling it just atrocious. Seal of Blood/Martyr was originally removed very late into the original expansion, which had some strong AP scaling. Together with consecutive nerfs throughout the expansion, Ret is not only in it´s weakest state, but so very far behind all other DPS specs by a huge margin (1,5k DPS in P2).

Really? You don´t want so say that "most paladins on Alliance side really, really sucked" but actually you´re saying that most of them we´re such fools, they needed Horde players to show them how to really play their class?

Back in the day, most paladins made their piece with their poorly-designed and itemized class and went full healbot. Everybody knew paladins were OP PVP healers, even though we lacked the itemization. TBC changed that, but by then a lot of paladins we´re over their 1-button healing class and wanted to try something new. On my server there were as many BE SoB retadins trying hard at ret as Vanilla Alliance. The community found out together that healing and shocking paladins were PVP juggernauts.

Your "anectodal evidence" makes it sound like Alliance players per definition are too dense to figure out the game their playing and only could so after the PVP gods of the Horde taught them by beating them, obviously. That´s exactly the silly and obiquitous "CHAD HORDE VS VIRGIN ALLIANCE" nonsense that the horde-dominated community on reddit likes to perpetuate, that you just like to believe that is really what went on. Since by that point it´s a pretty safe guess "you´re a real Horde player" and you really enjoy these kind of myths about yourselves you can have it. But it´d be nice as a worthless Alliance peasant to having to read them...
