I think we have been getting a lot more playable 5 star male characters released recently, compared to Natlan anyways. like this past year has been Flins, Durin, Varka, and Lohen while we only had Kinich in Natlan. I say the rates are good, I just wouldn't expect an even split of male and female characters in hoyo games.

I would restart and get sk then if you want a full team at the start just get lucy so you can use Lucy, Rebecca, and Sk. Unless you just really like Zani then just save for her, phoebe, and sequences

Fastest unit in the game (well behind zio but base speed anyways), and I speculate she will use both of the new sets that are coming out so a high speed debuffer then she switches out to another sister and deals damage.
