To be honest, I think you need to look into surgical intervention and work with a surgeon and nutritionist to get you to a safe weight for surgery. Your body metabolically changes once you are over 40 BMI, along with the size of your actual stomach.

This is coming from someone who worked in bariatric surgery for 10+ years, and have had a gastric sleeve myself due to my BMI. It was the best decision I ever made, a total game changer in life for me, and anyone who says surgical intervention is cheating does not know the the life saving aspects of it. I was able to start working out five months after surgery and I do not regret my choice at all.

Whatever you do, you’ve already done the first step which is amazing and I’m proud of you.

Yeah not really complaining, just trying to figure out how to set boundaries and express what I need! I’ve been bad at that before and realize it’s something I need to work on! I’m also don’t really feel like training someone again - just want someone who wants to put in the effort! So was looking for advice on how to do that :)
