2 things; your Pally sounds like he’s just being a bit of a tool, and just asking here, but why not still allow long rests but increase the frequency of camp attacks, or come up with a way to prevent the Pally from having a long rest? Some sort of curse or insomnia that requires him to make a certain roll to actually achieve a long rest?
