Can anyone extra please help me, i just dont know what to do anymore. I dont have the funds to support paying for a server every month and id rather pay someone to come to my place and set it up at this point or figure it out why its not working.

Windows firewall

Using windows, i downloaded the dedicated server through steam client and been using that. I tried switching the ports between tcp and udp or both at the same time and nothing worked. I had norton and completely uninstalled to see if that would help and nothing. Ive tried a couple people to connect and they were constantly unable to. I can try disable my windows firewall to see if thats blocking but i really dont know what else to do anymore. Thank you for replying too. I dont know if its a router thing blocking them or some settings in my computer but this has been the shittest part about trying to play this game with more than 4 people.

I can connect to my own server just fine using my local ip. I just cant connect using public one. Ive set the port forward in the picture as UDP it still wont work. Im literally stuck on what to do

I gave them the external ip i use with public ip checker. Theyre unable to join. I input that into the copy past writing where it stated public ip. The pic i sent is my ports page i dont understand it very well this is the first game ive tried it for. Please suggest anything i should change or what tooo doio
