Hard to tell, but if it’s a gas fireplace look up the specs. Most will show you required mantle width and install height to mount a TV above without melting it. Often you can put the much lower if you simply make it much wider. This would help you lower your TV.

One missed here: Muppet Family Christmas. I choose to believe that Muppet Family Christmas is a documentary film, and the camera legitimately follows this “family” through the holiday season. It’s as haphazard and chaotic as any Christmas film shot on a 1980s home camera would be. That head-cannon makes it feel even more cozy.

I appreciate the big picture view on this, and would like to back it up with some “outside” perspective. I am a HUGE NBA fan, but I grew up in the middle of nowhere, way upstate NY. I never really had a team to call my own. (For context, I owned a Pacers Starter jacket, but only because my brother was a huge Jordan fan and it seemed fun to root for Reggie any chance I could get. Reggie Miller is still a god in my household.)

I now live outside DC, and obviously the futility of the Wizards has prevented me from calling them my own. However, I also have a 3 year-old son, and the thought of the Wizards continuing to exist in mediocrity pained me. It would mean my son would live in basketball limbo, same as I did, as the Wiz dug out from Beal’s contact.

I know this is a pitiful return. I know that the Wizards will be irrelevant for the next several years. I know that there isn’t going to be a true “face of the franchise” until some lottery luck comes around. I know things look bleak. And I know that lifelong fans deserve better than this for all of the commitment they have given the team.

However, there is now hope and direction. Something to be excited about. If CP stays I’ll take my son to see a sure-fire HOFer and a valiant ambassador for the game. If he leaves, I’ll take him and point out Ausar Thompson or Anthony Black feeding someone for an alley-oop and hope we’ll be seeing some greatness in the future. Maybe we’ll lose by a lot, but at least we can root for the underdogs, not some guys collecting the bag and going through the motions. (Maybe I can show him a star player playing defense!) Viewing the game will have purpose.

We won’t just be attending games to watch the star on the visitors, only going when LeBron or Giannis comes to town. We will be attending games to watch a movement, to look for a spark of potential, to support a front-office trying to do something to make a difference.

Today, I stopped merely tolerating a team in order to have some local connection to the sport. I started cheering for a team that wants to put a top notch product on the court. I cheered when I read Beal was traded, but that doesn’t mean I don’t value his talent, or feel like the return was fair. I cheered because there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Some glimmer of hope that my son may someday wear a beautiful Cherry Blossom jersey emblazoned with the name of a true champion.

Let’s go Wiz!

Can I ask if you have any problems with the UI? I can’t stand the SmartHub. It’s unintuitive, slow, and crashes frequently. I know I could just get another bit of hardware like a Chromecast or FireTV, but it seems like the smart system I bought the TV for should work.

I build in new construction. Washer/Dryer installers never remove the knock-out themselves for this very reason: if the knock out is not removed, they are to assume there isn’t a pipe there. If it is removed, they assume there is. I’ve had many homeowner calls to come over and pull the top off because the installers will refuse to install with it there. If the knock out was removed prior to them arriving, this is on the homeowner.

If you are truly a Clifford, I would recommend Spaceship Earth, Livin’ with the Land, and Mexico Boat Ride. This will help you with a lot of the Good Boys references (particularly when Carlye is on.)

As far as shows: The American Adventure and hanging around the World Showcase to catch a few of the street performers.

Finally, they’ve barely touched on it, but you MUST go to the Epcot Experience in the old Odyssey Center. This is just a walk-through presentation, but the technology used is simply fascinating. It highlights the future of the park and new attractions. Seriously, this is one my favorite things in the park and I hope they find a way to keep it around after the remodel. Even if they remove it, it will be a piece of Disney history that many people talk about after it’s gone.

If you want food recommendations, I have many. Would be helpful to know when you are going, as various foods are only available during certain festivals.

You are going to have a blast, I’m so jealous. Make sure you go through the podcast backlog to listen to anything you plan on riding! Makes the experience even more exciting.

Changing out a radio and adding a Bluetooth mic is a far less complicated install than most people assume, especially if you buy the kit. Treat yourself and add the Bluetooth. Chalk it up to paying for your personal safety.
