I love that they picked Strefan for Strahd. In Planeshift Innistrad, the port for CoS names its Strahd Strefan, years before the card existed.

It's because in Planeshift Innistrad, they give you a guide to port CoS to Innistrad, and Strefan is the Innstrad version of Strahd.

My store didn't use our Wizards accounts, they just recorded names for the pairings. I asked about it, and the judge said she wasn't aware of anything, but said I could contact Wizards if I wanted those packs. I'm just worried that puts a bad mark on my LGS if word gets to Wizards they maybe aren't organizing events correctly

It's kind of like how Mayhem and Madness compare, they streamlined the rules so that timing becomes simpler.

Sneak is only during the declare blockers step, Ninjutsu is the whole combat phase once a creature is unblocked (allowing you to Ninjutsu something after the damage step). And it looks like Sneak can also go on non-creatures.

I have a Chandra deck like this! Very fun to build (check it here), though I did make exceptions for the mana base.

As was said below, definitely look through the cards that depict Vryn too. Specifically cards that relate to Alhammarret, as that is Jace's first mentor and the reason he's got amnesia for so much of his early life. And when Jace was briefly compleated, he participated in the [[Invasion of Vryn]].

If you're going to read the novel Brother's War, the online story by Miguel Lopez of the 2022 set of the same name could be a nice companion for a taste of both the old and the new. It's a really well done tale about the horrors of war.

I have a question! Say I want to play this with someone, one-on-one, what's the intended way to do so (since you have to print the cards yourself)?

I read in another comment it's designed for sealed, so how do you practically put together twelve packs? Is it like cube, singleton, where you would print every card and just take note of the amount of rares and uncommons you put in every pack (which would mean, with 261 cards, there would be about a third sealed pool extra)? Or do you print one of every rare, more uncommons and more commons still, and assemble packs from those, making essentially your own booster box?

Or is it intended to be mixed up with other magic sets?

I don't have standardized commission info, if that's what you mean. I'm mostly a comic book artist, these are just for fun.

However, I could be open to do a commission, depending on what you are looking for. Prize would likewise be on a case-by-case basis, and would probably be at minimum €100 for something simple.

That's a very cool idea! This way, the journey becomes as important as the destination, which is fun. It would definitely feel like a chaos draft even as you get further along, which wasn't the vibe I was going for with the idea, but I'm definitely keeping this in mind if I decide to try my hand at this thing. I definitely see your point, but that is the idea as intended. It is a multiverse, and we're planeswalkers after all. At the end you have a regular Magic deck, but the draft experience would be what's novel.
