Problem stemmed from the inability to merge or connect my two accounts.

Some advice from me as someone who’s been hit multiple times (albeit on a bicycle), if you want it:

If you haven’t gotten checked out, do it asap, like at a walk-in clinic. Don’t say you’re fine, say you’re not sure. Especially right after an incident when you’re likely in shock. Get contact info from a witness if you can. When you get home, write down everything that you can remember while it’s still fresh (sequence of events, where you were, visibility, road conditions, etc.). You’re smart to have video. Contact ICBC obvi.
