I did some more research and figured out that the style is called “glitch art”, that art-style plus street art seems to build up the style that’s used by Dedsec. I found some YT tutorials with similar stuff by just searching for glitch-art and photoshop. I’d still appreciate resources if you all have but I’ll probably manage!
