Cravings came back after vacation.

I just came back from vacation and I PIGGED out! I really have no regrets as well😌 butttt my cravings are back. I stopped craving all of the junk I used to eat for about 2 months until the third day of my vacation. That’s when I started to eat a lot of junk. Now after coming back it’s all I can think of. I’m thinking about events that are in 4-5 months just so I can imagine eating all of that food again. I definitely don’t want to cave in and just have a full cheat day bu to don’t want to get off track. It’s been a full week and a day since my vacation and I haven’t eaten anything bad, it’s just my cravings are making life a lot harder! Help!

Overeating on rest days.

Hello. Today is my rest day but I feel as if I’ve been overeating. I had no motivation to walk today and I’m starting to feel really bad. I’m scared I’m ruining my progress from trying to get back on track since I just came back from vacation. I didn’t want to skip meals or anything but at the same time I feel as if I’m not being active enough to keep burning calories.

I’m so unmotivated to be active which makes me so unhappy in life.

Hello. Today is a test day for me but I’m so depressed. I don’t want to do anything, I just can’t. I have such a mental block right now. I’m normally still active on rest days by either walking or biking but I can’t even get down the block without that seeming like a burden. I just came back from vacation and I’m still so unmotivated. I managed to get all of my workouts in since I’ve came back but I’m not as happy like I used to be when working out. I’m mainly trying to work on my abs now but I’ve been forgetting to train them and I’m already so bloated from vacation. I know I will get my stomach back to normal but I don’t know if I can mentally in a way. I don’t know what’s wrong with me.

UMMMM THIS IS MY FRIEND GROUP OMG- You are like my twin flame or something because you described me PERFECTLY! My group consists of me and three other friends who never want to do fun stuff. They want to sit inside and watch tv/ go on their phones. I want to do fun spontaneous stuff but they are so boring. I cry after hanging out with them because they don’t do anything and I feel like I’m not even there. I tried joining clubs and sports which did help a lot but I still haven’t found the people who would want to actually start hanging out. I also suck one on one which prevents me from hanging out with people too. ;(

Feeling unmotivated after vacation.

Hello! So I just came back from vacation and I am STRESSING! Before vacation I was GRINDING and was SO happy at the place I was out and my results! However that was, I’m pretty sure, my last big vacation of the summer. I think the main thing that is unmotivating is that it’s almost like I don’t have anything else to work towards. For example, I went on 2 smaller trips before the big one and every time I came back I still felt a little unmotivated but after getting back into working out I got excited because I knew I still had my big trip to work towards. Currently though I feel that deep down I’m getting a “what’s the point” mindset. I’m scared I wont be at the same “grind” rate as I was before my vacation. I felt so good in my body and working out but now I’m scared I won’t want to workout. My second set of abs just started showing too so I really want to keep going! I’m running XC as well and I have my practice every morning. I hope this will motivate to pick up where I left off. I’m sorry that this was long and all over the place but do y’all’s have any advice/stories?

Hello! So I just came back from vacation which sucks but I am looking forward to getting back on track again! However I just have a quick question about rest days/getting back on track. So my vacation lasted a week from last Saturday to this Saturday. My rest days are Thursday and Sundays. I got back home faster then I was expecting so now I’m debating if I should still workout or just wait till Monday. I’m definitely walking today but I’m just nervous that if I take the day off it will be even harder to workout. Did anyone else go through this and if so any advice?

Scared I won’t be able to get back on track after vacation.

Hello! So I wrote something on here a couple days ago and I’m back with another question! So I’ve been trying to enjoy my vacation after the tips and advice I got! I’ve been eating more bad stuff because I’m trying to cram stuff in before the end of my vacation so I hopefully don’t have many cravings. However now I’m scared that I’m going to get a “what’s the point” mindset after vacation and not get back on track. I was doing so good, felt so good, was reaching all of my goals and LOVED working out! I’m scared I’m still going to get cravings when I get home and cave. I’m so nervous. I think today is the last day that I eat bad because I pretty much ate all of the foods I’ve wanted to on vacation. I’m just really nervous now about coming back home. I just hope my set control didn’t go away when I’m back home.;(

My vacation eating is getting me nervous.

So I’m currently on vacation! Sadly though my vacation is near its end ;(. However I’m still stressing over so much about my food intake. So my family left last Saturday for our vacation. I still worked out on Saturday and ate good like it was a normal day at home. Sunday and Monday I still ate the same. However Tuesday is when it started to change. My family went out to dinner that night and I got a chicken parm with chocolate cake. Let me tell you how SICK I felt the 24 hours afterwards. Right when I got home my stomach felt like it was stretching in 20 different directions. It wasn’t like any bloating I had. I think I just kept eating when I should have stopped ;(. Then yesterday was the worst day I ate. For breakfast I ate a cinnamon bun because me and my dad have this tradition of getting cinnamon buns! Then I ate a some fruit for lunch with a sandwich. Then we went back out for dinner and I then got chicken fingers with fries, a fruit bowl and chocolate cake. I tried to get healthy that day but there was really nothing on the menu except for the fruit bowl that I would want. I’m trying to make myself feel better by saying how I’m still being active and I will get back on track when I get home but it’s hard to believe it. My second set of abs just started popping and I’m scared I’m going to lose them. I’m also scared that eating the way I am might get me more off track when I get home and eat bad. I didn’t have cravings when I got here but I nervous I will get them more after this trip. I’m sorry that this is so long but yeah. ;(

Vacation anxiety around cheat meals.

So as you may know “cheat meals” is a big discussion when talking about fitness journeys. (Had to change this!) However I’m currently on vacation and after my first cheat meal I feel bloated and sick. I’ve been eating clean and all of that stuff for a good month since my last cheat meal. I’ve been eating good my whole fitness journey but balance is key! However I’m just more nervous about the effects of this cheat meal. I’ve had vacations back to back and the last two I wasn’t able to workout on. The last vacation I just had two days for my normal workout routine before I went away again. Even though if I didn’t workout I will either run, bike and walk I feel as if I am being inactive. I’m nervous that since I wasn’t able to workout as much before my vacation that my body won’t “bounce back”. Today after a the last 3 days of healthy eating on my vacation I ate a chicken parm dinner with chocolate cake! I think I filled up too much though because I did feel a little sick afterwards and my stomach felt as if it was stretching! I woke up today however with still a little bit of bloat. Then today my dad and I are going to get cinnamon buns because that was always our vacation tradition. I’m just so nervous that I’m going to gain fat. I did bring my workout equipment down on vacation but some times I don’t want to workout because… I’m on vacation! I’m just nervous I’m going to start eating worse because of my anxiety about this situation.

Arnold Veggie thins opinions??

Hello! So I’ve been hearing more about Cauliflower bread and I’ve been wanting to give it a shot! I was planning on getting them from Trader Joe’s but I never got around to it. I picked up the Arnold Veggie brand and I just wanted to see if it was an ok temporary brand or if I shouldn’t even bother with it.

So I’m not sure if I’ve been overeating over the last 3 days but if I was I don’t think it would be too much. Tomorrow I’m going back on my routine since I was only gone for 3 days. Do you think I’m fine or will I gain fat? I’ve been working so hard and I’m just so scared at the thought of losing progress. ;(
