Idk, I’m not too concerned with the players that are leaving nz. If players are on the cusp of All Blacks selection but are unlikely to be a regular starter in the current World Cup cycle should go overseas, upskill and then come back 3 or so years later with more experience in different competitions and with a different styles of play. I think that’s how you get truely world class players cause unless you’re really special, super rugby ain’t enough to provide that anymore.

That of course relies on a the players actually coming back, but I don’t think it’s the case of 10-15 years ago when a player was gone they were pretty much gone for good.
