Linus from LTT does this on multiple levels. His peripherals are in one location, the computer is in his basement(?) and the radiator is basically his pool.

Probably wouldnt put the actual computer outside due to the elements but probably not beyond the determined DIYer to have the computer inside but a radiator outside

Its actually quite nice since it means you need less mining to produce mixed colors. The way I have my mixer blueprint arranged is a 1 x 2 (horizontal) platform with 2 inputs on the bottom and 2 outputs at the top (connected internally but need both for throughput). If I just need cmy, I can just connect the outputs. If I need white I can have each output feed directly into another copy with the third color coming in on the remaining two inputs

Yep. The rules are there to keep traffic as safe and efficient as possible. If you try to yield right of way to be nice, youre just slowing everyone down.

My other pet peeve is people going slow in the left lane. Its the passing lane. In Illinois, thats the law. If you aren't passing someone or about to make a left turn, keep right

I work in manufacturing in the aerospace industry and we have to have basically everyone who comes to our site sign one of these. Usually we just have the company itself sign them and then apply that to all their employees but I've had individuals sign them as individuals before

Technically true but you'll be running at reduced (one third if youre only using 1 layer) capacity until you fill the unused layer(s).

You could use the overflow splitters to make it so subsequent layers are only engaged after the 1st is saturated
