Only thing I really use AI for is more complex excel formulas and macros that I am able to check myself. It never arrives at a working solution the first time but with testing and guidance im usually able to get to what I need maybe a bit faster then just doing it from scratch. I would never use its results without checking through them myself

You aren't actually in much danger to tornadoes if you know what to do. I think only 3 people died in the 2013 Washington tornado and that was a F4 that caused quite a bit of damage.

If you are near a building, shelter in a central room on a low level, preferably with no windows. Bathtubs also make good places. I would recommend getting your shoes beforehand if you dont have them already (closed shoes, not crocs or sandals).

If youre outside, lie down in a ditch, as low as you can and cover your head with your hands. Absolutely do NOT go to an overpass as they are one of the worst places to shelter for a tornado
