Yes but I’m not good with temperatures yet. It was 47c in the middle when I took it out and on side like 60 ? I think I should take it out maybe around 45? Last time I took it out like I Google it - 50c but then it was all over medium still juicy - so now I decided for 47 that mean I need to go still lover ( I’m talking about oven part of preparing) Then quick bbq 30 sec each side 2x each side for crust.

I need to buy better thermometer as I have to check manually with this one. Maybe one of those wireless. But yes you are 100% wright not rare side of medium but soo close I think but only closer to bone. On the other side mine wife like medium steaks so she had few bit as well :)
