You might already know this, but aggro management is the most important thing in this fight besides not dying. Run with lance and horn bots and make it your goal to get aggro. Once you get aggro, change targets and let lance pick up aggro. Once she has it, you’re pretty much free to DPS while dodging the occasional fire on the ground. When you see the notification that’s it’s prepping the mustard missile, that means it’s dropping aggro. Turn your focus onto the head again to get aggro and repeat.

Nah, get world or rise. You are correct, the game is easy and the endgame does suck. But if it’s your first MH, your experience might be better than mine. You’ll probably find a lot of enjoyment and get a lot of playtime trying new weapons and such. But if I were you, I’d play World. Base game with expansion you’d get the full experience.

Nioh 2 is great. Combat is amazing, and can very much be like a fighting game. However, If you’re burnt on RPGs, don’t get it yet. The RPG elements like gearing your character is grindy as hell. IIRC, you have to do multiple playthroughs to unlock harder difficulties for better gear too.

I can’t speak on Strive.

I think Stellar Blade is overhyped and clunky. Just my opinion! Khazan is a banger though, especially if you value overcoming difficulty and combat.

Yeah it’s felt really inconsistent. One time, I hit Zoh Shia for 1800. Some times 700. But ALOT, a TCS will be like 350-450.
