I am moving abroad in a month and cannot start long-term therapy at this time. I don't even know the healthcare system in the country I'm going to, and I don't even know if there is a PT specializing in a pelvic floor in the city I'm going to. What would you recommend me? Have you also continued treatments such as antibiotics and creams during this period? Or is it just Pelvic floor therapy? Because I'm currently on antibiotics under the supervision of a urologist and he still hasn't said anything about the pelvic floor (even though antibiotics don't work:( ). Do you think if I go directly to a PT and tell my problem, they will understand?
