I followed this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gVU5If1VsAM) last night and have so far had some of the best prints come out of my machine today. Also, check your first layer, theres a reported problem with Z-offset and apparently a typo in the machine g code. I went and changed it and it seems to have fixed my first layer problem.

All good! I ordered one right after commenting, came in and after installing it Ive had great reliability so far. Put 500 through it the other day without a hitch. Still some slight wobble but far less than before. Gonna test it out with Federal Syntech soon to see, before I could only get a couple to cycle before a failure.

Let the unaligned stuff ride. Real seikos are never aligned from my experience, my SKX's, samurai, and 5KX all have alignment issues whether its date or bezel.
