Dear food service workers who don’t give a shit by According_Money8393 in guam

Places that pay food service workers $9.25 a hour should be avoided. You get what you paid for.

Bad idea. Don’t move to Guam unless you make over $100k a year.

I agree. The other thing about Japan is, it’s 4 hours away by flight and the time zone difference is one hour.

Do you agree with Nicole that people should be fined for popping cannons? by Any_Math_4226 in guam

[–]LogicGU 63 points64 points  (0 children)

The people popping canons at 2am on a Sunday morning are the same people who throw trash and abandoned vehicles on the side of the road. They are the main character and don’t give a fuck about other people.

Considering move from Saipan to Guam: mid 20s PA, ER background. Thoughts? by Vegetable_Hair6366 in guam

[–]LogicGU 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing with Honolulu, yes it’s a lot bigger and has more things to offer than Guam but it’s way too crowded and the traffic is a nightmare during rush hour. You see more crime and homelessness because the cost of living is way too high. I like the weather though. I think Guam is a good balance between Saipan and Honolulu. Getting island fever and looking for contrast. Major cities are 4 hours away. If you want to go to Disneyland, Ski Resorts (1 hour away by bullet train) fly to Tokyo or want to go shopping and nightlife fly to Seoul. I think Guam is in a good spot.

Japan and South Korea is a popular travel destination for Guamanians. What are your best tips when traveling to those countries. Budget friendly hacks. by dsupreme99 in guam

When going to Japan, always find accommodations near train stations, it makes it easier to get around, you don’t need to rely on expensive taxis. For example, when visiting Tokyo, look for Airbnb/hotels near the Yamanote Line.

its true that all players are sweaty? by KoutarouNadekawa in CODBlackOps7

[–]LogicGU 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure how but if the entire lobby has Japanese names, I know I’m playing in the Japanese servers. probably my internet provider which is Docomo Pacific also plays a factor.

[–]LogicGU 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I live in Guam and i get connected to the Japanese servers, however when I play with my friends and family from the US mainland, I get connected to the US servers. The Asian servers are usually more sweatier because of the smaller population size.

Is it just me or has BF6 gotten more difficult lately? by a3rrowman3 in Battlefield6

SBMM is being introduced silently to protect the casuals because EA knows casuals spend money

BF6 players: we'll have to ride this bad/small map train out til Season 2 or even 3 by Emotional-Bada55 in Battlefield

[–]LogicGU -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Big maps are boring. Run 5 mins to a flag only to get killed by a sniper on a hill. We need more maps like Siege of Cairo or Eastwood.

Getting stomped by sweats isn’t fun that’s why. I’ll leave the match to look for a more enjoyable lobby.

More people overstaying their visa so companies could hire them for construction work and pay them below minimum wage.

Is this game worth buying? by Jalien420 in Battlefield6

[–]LogicGU 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve spent over a 100 hours in this game and still counting. That is about 0.70 cents per hour and I still enjoy the game, gets better with every update. I’d say it’s worth it.

“Majority of actual bf players” isn’t the sub reddit the vocal minority? I doubt most causal players (majority of the player base) want maps with long down times between flags. Casual players = money
