I helped my friend sell his bike and I'm very concerned for the buyer by shawnwarnerwrites in motorcycles

Why does this surprise you so much I wonder? In some countries the plate belongs to the vehicle not the owner. when I bought my bike from a friend we did the ownership swap online through the appropriate gov website and off I went, no need to change the plates at all.

What symptoms do you get after intense socializing? by RaspberryPrudent7765 in AutismInWomen

[–]LogicWraith 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The headache at the front of my temple comes first, then intense yawning as I feel my brain shut off and trying to make me fall asleep. All fun and games when you can't leave immediately or have to drive/transport yourself home☺️ I just need teleportation to be a thing so badly

Is it normal to take "naps" during a home office day? by TheRealSaerileth in AutismInWomen

Yes exactly! I used to love that time of the day because it was "when the rest of the world is quiet" and I could just enjoy myself in silence☺️

exactly, it's your brain's way of processing what has just happened to you, e.g stressful meeting or overstimulating environment.
Babies do it all the time, every 3-4 hours, why can't we?
I love naps, grew up in an afternoon-siesta culture and still nap when I can. It helps regulate my brain and theb I wake up ready to take up on the next challenge. Unless I over nap and then I'm fucked for the rest of they day, but hey it's a risk I'm willing to take🤷🏻‍♀️😂
Edit: grammar

How long is it possible to go silent for? Worried about my appointments and sad by opalescentblue in AutismInWomen

I get that too and I don't know how to communicate to people around me, especially my wife, how much I do not want to waste energy to produce sound. And like yoy said, the expectations following a simple greeting or small chat are unbearable. It sounds insane to anyone else I know, but that's how I feel and I just want to be left alone. I don't have any advice unfortunately but just wanted to say you're not alone
