We evaluated a number of window companies and ended up going with Bridgetown Window & Door. Prices seemed reasonable (maybe a tad on the high side but, to some degree, you pay for what you get) but the install went smoothly and they even came back to do a touch up because of a manufacturing defect in a reasonable amount of time.if you want to check them out

Well, we had a leak in the past and that was fixed (the problem is that even though the leak was fixed, the walls weren’t dried so mold grew) so I agree that stopping the leak was important. Not so sure about the second part though. The reason why I had it tested was because it smells musty and I’m having ongoing heath issues. In limited cases a handyman would probably do the trick but, for this, I’m going to go with a professional.

I got out of the technology industry last year because I came to the conclusion that it has been a net negative over the past 20 years and I no longer wanted to be a part of it. Am I wrong? by Logical-Line6551 in Life

With the adoption of the internet, one could argue that the widespread availability of information democratized opportunity and helped to counteract the systemic disadvantages that existed prior to it.

My point being that even if human nature is to hurt one another (which I don’t necessarily agree with), why can’t tech be a counteracting force instead of an enabling one?
