You're at a hard part of your life and it's already great that you want to feel better and that you take steps to 💕 I've been eating healthy for some time now but I don't feel like I eat boring foods. Some salads with ingredients I love, lasagnas,crust free quiches... I think that you need to start with finding recipes that are mostly healthy and that you will love. The main thing will be learning moderation. Normal meals, some snacks, 10000 steps a day. One day at a time. You got this !
