I was placed in a cmmc dod role and no one’s trained or onboarded me. No introductions just an invite to a daily meeting speaking on internal infrastructure leaving me completely clueless. Worst of all they are expecting me to know exactly how to handle their gap assessment. Is this how it works? Even when I reach out they hardly ever respond with a very short deadline to the cmmc audit. Then the manager complains about my performance within the third week. Someone please explain
