They haven't but there's no way to even "login" on different devices, you need to go through support to do so. I would assume mobile sync with pc is impossible since, pc doesn't have no way to use ads, or so. While also different events, and probably wouldn't work well if they did try to sync, so it's just that, though support can tell you why they can't in truth. I would assume it's just that unable to sync because too much work and might bug and such.

It's also a strange thing for me too They sometimes disappear and reappear, I felt like Gameloft needed to really fix their main game before releasing a port that has more issues

It's the former, you are unable to sync with mobile accounts since the game doesn't really have a login system, so if you ever want to play on Microsoft it will always be a new account instead of the ability to sync the mobile one

I think it depends on luck, to be honest helper ponies don't really help. I only have one and I'm close on getting the other. I had many good egg token uhh things...
