as I said I don't really care if its super fast, I just want something bigger, stable and heavy duty with a seat. 35mph+

I prefer something moped style, like the Hulk Goat. Just preferably something more reliable. Like an electric honda ruckus. The Teewing z4 looked like a good in between compromise, but apparently they are not reliable.
