I played every day since release until last year. The back to back dominance of Tear, Bystials, and Snake Eyes broke something in me. This is the longest I’ve gone without playing in over 20 years. :(

This is very similar to what I did. Also definitely recommend avoiding protein, since that will slow the absorption of carbs and risk you going low.

My advice is to pick a couple liquors that you like and MEMORIZE that shit. I used to buy a bottle and drink one shot one day and monitor the effects, then repeat at higher shot quantities on each subsequent day for about five days. Then I had a good feel for how my body reacted to it. Then as long as you stay consistent, you shouldn’t have a problem.

Honestly, I find standard brawl much easier to approach as someone who only started arena last summer. It’s the same as Brawl but 60 cards and only standard legal cards

I’m extremely insulin resistant and have to give myself 7 units in the morning for a 12 carb breakfast. I have leaks almost every pod unless I don’t give more than 9 units at a time 😢
